Kymberli Speight

Author, Speaker, & Corporate Trainer

Kymberli has taught thousands of leaders—from VPs, SVPs, and CEOs to senior military leaders, including Chiefs, Colonels, and General Officers—how to build relationships with intention, integrity, and lasting impact. Her approach is grounded in real-world experience, including her bold experiment of meeting 100 people in 100 days, which led to profound insights about how meaningful connections are formed.

She’s a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, a former military officer, and a former president of the National Speakers Association’s (NSA) Austin Chapter. These days, Kymberli serves as a national representative for NSA, helping leaders expand their influence, grow their circle of trust, and show up with authenticity in every interaction.

And just for the record: she jumped out of planes, flew solo, and once purchased 36 F-15E fighter jets, all before the age of 28.

Tom Szaky

Tom Szaky is the founder and CEO of TerraCycle, an international leader in innovative sustainability solutions that creates and operates first-of-their-kind platforms in recycling, recycled materials, and reuse. Across 21 countries, TerraCycle is on a mission to rethink waste and develop practical solutions for today’s complex waste challenges. The company engages an expansive multi-stakeholder community across a wide range of accessible programs, from Fortune 500 companies to schools and individuals.

Tom is the author of four books—Revolution in a Bottle, Outsmart Waste, Make Garbage Great and The Future of Packaging.
