2024 was a monumental year for INFRA. Beyond welcoming 29 retailers into membership, launching our new A/B promotions ad cycle, and hosting another massively successful INFRA Annual Conference and Tabletop Buying Show, we took significant strides towards our 1,000-community vision for 2028. Read on to learn more about the many ways that INFRA engaged members and stepped into the industry in 2024. From member share groups to store visits, we’re excited to celebrate all our successes over the past year and welcome everything to come in the new year.
INFRA Events
INFRA hosted 66 virtual and in-person events in 2024, with a total of 667 attendees. From wellness to marketing to merchandising, these events gave members the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together. And that’s not even including the INFRA Annual Conference, which hosted an amazing 901 total attendees, with 253 members, 579 exhibitors, and 69 INFRA staff in attendance. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at an INFRA event in 2024. Here's to even more amazing moments in the year ahead!

Industry Events
INFRA staff attended more than 10 industry events in 2024! From SOHO Expo to the first ever Newtopia Now, we took these opportunities to make new vendor connections, meet up with members, and get the word out about INFRA. We hope to see you on the show floor in 2025!

Store Visits
We made getting out to INFRA Member stores a priority in 2024. All in all, our field staff completed more than 1,000 trips to member stores. These visits were opportunities to address members' concerns, ensure that store operations were running smoothly, and give our one-on-one support. Our dedicated Member Business Advisors and Promotions & Merchandising Advisory Specialists helped members prepare for a successful A/B ad cycle rollout and make the most out of INFRA’s purchasing programs.
But store visits weren’t the only way that we connected with members this year. INFRA President & CEO Pat Sheridan and VP of Member Success Danelle Rydel hit the road to discuss the supply agreement at Regional Buyers' Councils across the country, gaining valuable feedback so that we can deliver the best programs to our members.
Between all of the Regional Buyers' Councils and department resets, we ended 2024 feeling more connected than ever.
Staff Volunteer Hours
INFRA staff put in over 200 hours of volunteer work in 2024. From food banks to urban farms, staff chose a wide range of food-related organizations to uplift and support. INFRA’s impact goes beyond empowering our members, and our volunteering efforts highlight the many ways that we work towards creating a just and sustainable food system.
