Simple Foods Market opened its doors in 2024, offering high quality, healthy foods, made-to-order sandwiches, and pour-over coffee to its small community of Del Norte, Colorado.
Since joining INFRA in the summer of 2025, Simple Foods Market has implemented the INFRA Everyday program to deliver affordable prices on natural essentials. Owner Ian Walker leverages INFRA Everyday to boost affordability, attract new shoppers, and increase access to natural foods in this rural community.
“INFRA Everyday has helped to change the perception that Simple Foods Market is the ‘expensive natural foods store,’” Ian explains. “Instead, Simple Foods Market offers something for everyone, regardless of dietary needs or budgetary restrictions. Pushing against this perception in a small community has drastically helped reframe who we are and what we offer.”
The introduction of the program has ultimately driven additional foot traffic as community members discover the value of CADIA products and incorporate them into their baskets.
Ian adds, “The amazing prices on CADIA items throughout the store have become a draw for many shoppers looking for budget-friendly items that are aligned with their shopping values.” By including more shoppers, Simple Foods Market has “broadened the effect of healthy foods in the community.”
