B2. User of Members Only Area Community
The INFRA MOA Community is an online discussion platform provided by INFRA for its members and constituents. While free and open discourse is encouraged, certain policies and rules are required to ensure that our online community remains fair, ethical, friendly, and legal. The MOA Community serves to foster networking, communication and sharing among and between INFRA members and associate retailers for the purpose of peer and operational support. From time to time, INFRA Staff and other industry members may participate in the MOA Community at the discretion of INFRA Management. Participating in the MOA Community is voluntary and subject to the discretion of the INFRA Community management team. By participating in the INFRA MOA community, users agree to the terms and conditions contained in this policy.
- Members will adhere to all INFRA Codes of Conduct in use of MOA Community including 2 Member Peer Code of Conduct.
- Members will respect that this forum is a private discussion between INFRA members and, as such, information and discussions will not be shared or forwarded outside MOA Community.
- Subscribers are welcome to post messages to and;
- ask about matters related to operations to survey others about practices,
- seek peer support,

- political messages that advocate a particular viewpoint unless they relate to our industry and the need to place it in context. While the line may seem difficult to discern, members need to be sensitive to the difference between informing members of issues affecting our industry on the one hand, and postings that are more in the nature of political advocacy.
- any message, data, information, text or other material ("Content") that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, threatening, offensive, vulgar or otherwise injurious to third parties, or that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, create any liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation. - By using the MOA Community, users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, INFRA and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against all loss, claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs arising from any claim arising out of or resulting from in whole or part any breach of these guidelines by the user or any omission or act taken by the user. In no event will INFRA be responsible to the users for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages or losses users may incur in connection with the MOA Community or any of the data or other materials transmitted through or residing on the MOA Community even if INFRA has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.
- INFRA staff will be assigned admin rights for community forums, as part of the overall Community strategy. INFRA reserves the right to investigate any violation of these guidelines. INFRA may remove any user from the MOA Community for violation of these guidelines. Further, INFRA reserves the right but does not assume the obligation, to temporarily suspend specific Community forums in circumstances where a “flame war” is emerging. INFRA will inform a subscriber if they have been removed from the list, the reason for removal, and instructions to re-subscribe.
