Over the past year, we've taken a close look at how our teams work with members, identifying where we create momentum and where we can provide greater clarity, consistency, and impact. As a result, we are making several internal updates to our Member Success structure, effective immediately, to better support you and your store.
These changes are intentional and member focused. Our goal is to ensure our resources are focused outward, helping members strengthen their operations, participate fully in INFRA programs, and realize meaningful value from the cooperative.
What This Means for You
- You will continue to have a primary INFRA Member Success Advisor who knows your business and serves as your main point of contact.
- Your Advisor is now supported by a coordinated team that includes in-store retail specialists, data insights support, and national strategic store resources — all working together on your behalf.
- This team-based approach allows us to provide clearer ownership, stronger follow-through, and access to the right expertise at the right time.
While some roles and team structures are changing internally, our commitment to personal relationships and hands-on support remains the same and is strengthened by this model.
