It was brought to our attention that some of the SRPs in the January flyers were not matching the SRPs in the Promo Planner. After research, it was determined that there was an issue with the initial data export that had been corrected but that some incorrect SRPs flowed through to the Marketing team who produces the flyers. We are very sorry for this error and want to reassure members that the issue has been resolved going forward. Our internal processes changed dramatically in January as we transitioned to the A/B cycle. We appreciate the feedback from members, otherwise we would not know about the error and could not correct it. So, thank you and apologies.
The included list provides the UPCs, periods, regions and SRPs for the discrepancies. The items highlighted in green are particularly sensitive as the flyer SRPs are lower than the promo planner SRPs, which could result in customer dissatisfaction. If you are printing your own signs, please be aware of the SRPs that are in the flyer and match them, especially in cases where the flyer has a lower SRP than the promo planner. If you are using INFRA sale signs, we created replacement signs for the impacted items and those are posted on the MOA.
The flyers posted on the MOA have been revised and are now accurate. We are unable to republish the hard copy flyers that have already been sent to the stores, hence the need to be aware of these discrepancies and sign them accordingly.
