2024 Show Deals Guide

The INFRA Annual Conference Tabletop Buying Show features unbeatable deals and a chance to connect with brands and vendors from all categories. To help you make the most of this premier buying show, we’ve gathered some tips and tricks. We’re also working each year to make improvements to the platform and buying experience—let’s make this the best Tabletop yet! 

What’s New This Year 

  • No Fill Offer Codes—If your store is eligible for a fill offer, it will automatically appear in the portal on the day of the Tabletop Buying Show!  

  • Super Users—We have assembled a team dedicated to support on the Tabletop show floor. You can find them in the Super User Lounge or roaming the floor wearing orange tutus!  

  • Advanced Filtering—Want to see just the brands you have pending or submitted orders for? How about only brands that start with the letter M? You’re in luck. Advanced filtering will help you filter, sort, and find the very best show deals for your store.  

Pro Tips 

  • Plan Your Walk—Use the ‘favorite’ feature to mark brands or products that you want to check out on the show floor. Discovery and trial is one of the highlights of attending in-person. Don’t let the scope of the show keep you from hitting the booths you want!  

  • Review Fill Offer Brands Before the Show—For retailers who submit to SPINS and attend the Tabletop in person, your Show Deals Portal will load the fill offers for products that you’re eligible for (products you haven’t carried in the past year) on the day of the Tabletop (July 17). As these deals aren’t visible to you yet, you can review the brands that have fill offers to prepare. Check out the Show Deals Summary for more detail. 

  • Start Ordering—Many of the show deals are on tried and true favorites that you certainly stock in your store today. You can export a full product list from the show portal and start creating orders based on your store’s inventory and movement reports

  • Chat with BrandsVendors love the opportunity to spend real time having conversations with you. Use this time to develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders in your business. Tell them what you need to be successful, what products your shoppers are looking for, and how you’d like your partnership to grow. 

  • Have Fun!This is an opportunity to connect with folks in the industry. Enjoy meeting new people, trying new things, and seeing old friends.
