As an INFRA member, you can opt in to various buying opportunities which are designed to support our store's success. Two distinct buying opportunities we offer are the Fix Your Mix and Fill Offer Program. While the Fill Offer program focuses on introducing entirely new products to your shelves as free fills, Fix Your Mix offers discount prices on high performing products and optimizes your already existing assortment. To help clarify, here is a breakdown of each program, how they differ, and additional details for each.

Fill Offers

• Newly named program – used to be New Placement Offers (NPO)

• Opportunity to bring in new product (must carry the product on shelves for at least 6-months)

• Vendor paid upon acceptance

• Product has been on the market for a year or less

• Brands may be existing partners or new to INFRA!

• Timing: One offer per month (except October and November)

• Members have from the 15th of the month until the end of the month to place their order

• Orders are placed using Microsoft Forms and submitted through INFRA

• Communicated through the weekly Purchasing Newsletter and Monthly Newsletter

• Listed each month on the “Fill Offers” MOA page

• Offers go through a review process by Category Managers

• Average Fill Offer acceptance per month is 12 to 14 vendors

• Brands must have KeHe Availability in key DCs: 16, 19, 25, 27, 33, 41

Fix Your Mix

• New opportunity for our vendors and members! 

• Opportunity for INFRA members to bring in top selling SKUs from existing brands

• Goal is to increase placement, sales, and ACV so brands can promote at the next level 

• Brands must be existing INFRA partners that are participating in our promotions program

• An array of different discounts (free case, BOGO, buy 1 get 50% off, etc.) 

• 4-week order window from the published date to place the orders with the vendor or broker (date is communicated on the form)

• Orders entered directly on the Fix Your Mix form and emailed to vendor or broker (this is communicated on the Fix Your Mix form)

• Communicated weekly in the Purchasing Newsletter 

• Offers go through a review process by category managers

• Availability in KeHe, UNFI, Direct, or Threshold.
