INFRA is offering a wellness-focused peer share on August 2, and NOW will be hosting a facilities tour & brand education on August 3. Thanks to NOW, retailers will receive complimentary lodging for Wednesday, August 2, airfare, and ground transportation (see details below)!

Travel and Lodging Reimbursement Details:
Retailers are responsible for making air and ground transportation arrangements.
Flight: Reimbursement will be provided, after you attend the event, for the cost of 1 round trip coach airline ticket (maximum $500.00 US dollars per round trip ticket). Please email your airline ticket receipt to deb.zenawick@nowfoods.com.
Ground Transportation: A1 Airport Limousine www.A1Limousine.com is the contracted provider for transportation to and from O’Hare or Midway Airport and Eaglewood Resort. To book reservations, contact: customerservice@a1limousine.com or call (630) 833-3788 and indicate that you are with the INFRA/NOW conference. Non-attendee travelers and other transportation needs are at the expense of the retailer. Do not wait to make your reservations once you arrive in IL, a car may not be available or it may delayed with your pick-up.
Lodging: Please submit your lodging preferences as a part of event registration. Your August 2 lodging at Eaglewood Resort, 1401 Nordic Road, Itasca, Il 60143 (630)773-1400 will be reserved and paid for by NOW. Once you receive your hotel confirmation number, you may call and edit or extend your stay dates.
