New Hires
Topher Dalton, Member Success Advisor
|
Hi there! I'm Topher Dalton, a new Member Success Advisor here at INFRA, and I am wildly excited to join the team!
I've been working in Grocery Retail, primarily Natural Foods, since 1998, and have spent time with Wild Oats, Whole Foods Market, Chico Natural Foods Cooperative, and most recently The Store Fine Foods here in Utah. I have experience at every level of the brick-and-mortar side of the business, be it small, large, or multi-store operations, from cashiering and sweeping floors, to hiring, category management, and store layout. Putting that to work for our members is a dream job in the making over here!
When I'm not in "Work-Mode", my other main modes you'd be likely to observe are, in alphabetical order...
Dad-Mode: Three kids, and three step kids, and they are all amazing!
Foodie-Mode: This industry has gifted me a broad, and adventurous palate.
Music-Mode: Listening to it. Making it. Attending live shows to enjoy it. LOVE. IT.
Nerd-Mode: Books. Comics. Games. Movies. You name it; I'll nerd out to it.
Wanderer-Mode: For example, this picture was taken on the grounds of Blarney Castle in Ireland, and there's still so much more to see, but until then, I'm just happy to be here!

Amanda Miller, People & Operations Generalist
|
|
Hello! I'm Amanda Miller, the new People Operations and Compliance Generalist at INFRA. I’m excited to support our members and their businesses by providing meaningful and practical resources.
My career has taken me through a variety of nonprofit and local government roles, all centered around building connections and creating positive community impact. From serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA in North Carolina working to reduce food insecurity, to using recreation as a tool for youth development and leadership in Idaho, my passion for service has guided me across the country and into many rewarding roles. I’m looking forward to bringing my HR and operations experience to INFRA and contributing to the success of our members.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader, enthusiastic trip planner, and frequent bluegrass festival goer. I love spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring our new home in Minneapolis with my kids.

Vannessa Harper-White, Growth Strategist
|
Hi! I'm Vannessa Harper-White. I'm thrilled to join INFRA as a Growth Strategist. I'm excited to join a values-driven organization like INFRA, one that's committed to natural independents and making healthy, sustainable food accessible to all. With over 20 years in brokerage and distribution, I bring a deep understanding of natural channel retailers of all sizes and the unique challenges they face. I'm looking forward to supporting the growth team by guiding retailers into a community designed to help them thrive, and to building relationships, collaborating, and bringing priorities into action.
My roots are in Minnesota, though I've lived all over. Before my most recent move back to Minneapolis, we were living in a small town on the western slope of Colorado in the heart of agriculture, wine making/growing, and coal mining country. Living there taught me to appreciate the nuances of small communities and the way in which independent businesses are integral to the success of a community. I also finally embraced everything closing down on Sundays.
Outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my kids and rescue mutts. Life is busy, with kid activities: art shows, ski meets, and music performances. I love traveling with my family and seeing where the adventure takes us. I also enjoy a well-made cup of decaf, cooking, swimming, going on walks with my husband, exploring new restaurants and trying new (to me) vegetables/fruits from our amazing farmers markets in Minneapolis.

Kate Hagen, Director of Brand Strategy & Development, The Good Collective
|
|
Hi! I feel so grateful to be a part of the INFRA team. I’m joining as the Director of Brand Strategy and Development for The Good Collective, drawing on my 10 years in the food industry and my time in wellbeing startups to help INFRA grow for our inspiring members, down-to-earth teammates, and the collective good. My journey in this industry is deeply rooted in a desire to build more human-centered food systems—an inspiration sparked while working with students in rural South Africa. Since then, I’ve navigated a dynamic career path that spans from food advocacy organizations to driving social justice and sustainability within giant food companies like General Mills and Cargill.
If you’ve ever heard me ask a big question, you’ve likely witnessed the combined influence of my philosophy roots at St. Olaf and my strategic MBA training from Berkeley. I believe in the power of independent food and wellbeing retailers to build community, center people, and help heal our planet. Beyond the INFRA community, you might find me at our locally owned yoga studio, exploring a festival with friends, or enjoying good food and fun with family. So excited to grow in community with you as we build towards the collective good!
