Donna Hogan, Promotions & Merchandising Advisory Specialist
With my background in marketing and natural food sales, I’m excited to hit the ground running with INFRA. My passion lies with independent retailers and seeing how each store works within their community for healthier living. Having covered the Northeast territory for years, it will be so nice to go back to many familiar stores and build relationships with new ones.
When I am not working, I am constantly striving to provide my cat "Lychlig" with the life he feels he deserves and spend much of my time taking photos, primarily black and white. Urban photography is what I love most because it brings me to many cities I otherwise wouldn't take the time to explore.

Cayce Huemiller, Purchasing Programs Coordinator
I’m excited to join INFRA’s Purchasing Team as a Purchasing Programs Coordinator. I bring over seven years of experience in the freight and transportation industry, with a focus on streamlining supply chain operations and improving efficiency. In my previous role as a Domestic Operations Account Manager, I worked closely with carriers to reduce delays, resolve inefficiencies, and lower costs—efforts that directly supported getting goods where they were needed most. I’m looking forward to bringing that experience to support INFRA’s purchasing team as well as our member community.
INFRA’s values around sustainability, independent retail, and mission-driven business are what drew me to this work. I’m passionate about helping systems run better in ways that uplift people and communities, and I’m thrilled to contribute to an organization that shares that vision.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family doing hobbies like cycling, crafting, exploring our local parks or additional activities like apple picking and our annual family outings. My husband and I recently completed a big renovation on our home in South Minneapolis, and we’ve been loving the process of settling in—especially cooking and gathering in our newly expanded kitchen.

Elliot Canfield, Technology & Data Project Manager
I operate through 5 core values: Communication, Simplicity, Honesty/Integrity, Health, and Humor. INFRA’s mission to support independent food retailers drew me in. What we eat, and the accessibility of food is a huge topic, and I’m honored to be supporting the growing member community. Leaning into my values of communication, simplicity and integrity, I will collaborate with our technology team to deliver clean technology solutions to INFRA’s members.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked in several different industries as I’ve developed my professional toolkit. I spent some time working at an independent retailer while earning my degree in Business Management. Now, I am combining my 12 years in the technology industry to implement several enterprise level software systems to give independent natural food retailers across the US a chance to—not just survive—but to thrive! And with a little humor mixed in, we can all have fun in the process.
When I’m away from my desk, I’m teaching the kids to ride their bikes or use power tools. The rest of the time, I’m looking for grand adventures on my mountain bike. If I can’t ride my bike, then I’ll be talking about it. Come chat with me if you want to know why the sport is so great; or need help picking out your next bike; or want to swap fun stories. During the summer and fall I volunteer coach the Saint Paul Youth Mountain Bike team–getting kids on the trails and helping them be the best version of themselves on and off the bike.

Kari Mueller, Marketing & Communications Manager
Hello! I’m Kari, and I’m thrilled to be joining INFRA as Marketing & Communications Manager. I’m happiest when my work connects people and ideas in ways that make communities stronger. What excites me about INFRA is how much heart this network has—independent retailers who are out there every day making good food and sustainable choices accessible in their neighborhoods. Getting to play even a small part in that feels pretty special. Over the years, I’ve built my career in marketing and community engagement, helping mission-driven organizations and local businesses tell their stories, grow partnerships, and reach their communities in meaningful ways. With INFRA, I’m looking forward to supporting members as they share their impact, deepen connections, and bring their values to life in every neighborhood they serve.
Outside of work, life is busy and full of energy—thanks largely to my three school-aged kids. You’ll often find me cheering them on at all their sports, exploring local trails and farmers' markets, or seeking out a new restaurant to try with my husband. We recently moved from Madison, WI (Go Pack Go!) to the Twin Cities, and I’m loving the chance to discover everything this new city has to offer. I also teach and practice yoga, often starting my mornings on the mat, which helps me stay grounded amid the laughter, motion, and occasional chaos that come with family life.
