INFRA recently organized a Wellness Sharegroup in Concord, NH, bringing together over 30 passionate retailers for a day of collaboration and innovation. Members gathered to exchange ideas, tackle new strategies, and forge relationships. From category reviews to promotional strategies, the energy in the room was nothing short of contagious. Everyone was united by one common goal – driving success for their wellness department.
During our visit, we had the opportunity to connect with the team at Natural Factors, who shared their expertise on immunity and gave us an in-depth look at their products. Their presentation sparked discussions about the importance of promoting immune health, especially during the colder months. Our partners at Megafood also delivered an inspiring session, as we learned all about their commitment to top-notch product quality and sustainability. The day ended with an exclusive tour of Megafood’s state-of-the-art facility, where we witnessed their softgel production process firsthand.
Beyond the expert presentations and facility tours, this trip ignited a strong spirit of collaboration among peers. Shared meals and thoughtful discussions helped deepen these relationships, creating a supportive atmosphere where participants could openly share their challenges and successes in running their wellness departments. Many expressed excitement about continuing these conversations in future Wellness Share Groups. The bonds formed during this experience are sure to further INFRA’s goal of connecting independent retailers to be a voice in the natural foods industry.
The trip wasn’t just inspiring – it was a catalyst for fresh ideas, innovative tools, and enduring partnerships. It reminded us of the immense power of collaboration and mutual support. We returned to INFRA HQ with a renewed sense of purpose, fueled by enthusiasm and a shared dedication to improving the wellness departments in our member stores. The journey looks brighter than ever, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
A huge thank you to our host store, Granite State Naturals, for opening your doors to your fellow INFRA Members. We wouldn’t be able to host meaningful events like this without our gracious host stores.
