The best 4 days of July are nearly upon us–the 2025 INFRA Annual Conference! This year, we’re giving you tips and tricks for getting the most out of your conference experience. From education sessions to the Tabletop Buying Show to after-hours events, this list is here to serve as your source of truth. Read on for your complete guide to this year’s conference!
Stretch, Sip, and Settle In
Conference days are a marathon, not a sprint, and starting your day off right is essential. Our days together will be jam-packed full of education sessions, networking opportunities, and fun. We suggest doing something each morning to prepare yourself for the day. Go for a walk around beautiful downtown St. Paul, catch up with retailers over breakfast, or down 3 espresso shots before your first education session (hey, we won’t judge)!
Remember to Pack your Store’s Merch
This year, we are thrilled to bring back our retailer swag swap! Make sure to pack all shirts, stickers, sweatshirts, hats, and other store-branded items to participate in the swap. Swag drop off will be on Monday from 1 - 5 pm and Tuesday from 8 – 10 am. On Wednesday, you’ll pick up your new item at the Retailer Swag Swap booth in the exhibit hall. You’ll wear your swapped swag on Thursday and find the person who is wearing yours!
Create A Tabletop Show Game Plan
With 300+ brands attending the Tabletop Show, there is a lot to take in. To avoid the “where do I even begin?” spiral, come with a game plan. Whether it’s prioritizing new vendors, focusing on the best deals, or working your way through the floor alphabetically, having a strategy = conference peace of mind.

Get Ready to Party!
You didn’t think we’d forget a good party, did you? We’ve planned three themed parties for this year’s conference, from the roaring 20s to the ballpark. These after-hours events are a great way to reconnect with old friends and meet new retailers–we hope to see you there!
Class is in Session
With 34 education sessions and 3 keynote speakers, you’re going to want to make sure you have your preferred notetaking materials. Whether you’re a trained typer or an old-school pencil to paper pro, make sure to pack your suitcase accordingly!
While it's important (and encouraged!) to prep for this year’s conference, don’t forget to stay present in the moment.
