Hey! My name is Hailey Craig, and I am the Events & Education Specialist here at INFRA! I came to INFRA with a myriad of knowledge on event planning, food service, and small businesses, and feel completely at home with the chaos and unpredictability that comes with planning events. I have also worked for local organic bakeries where I learned all about the natural foods industry and was able to see firsthand the need for local and natural foods in all types of communities across the US. I have always had a strong passion for local and organic foods and feel particularly invested in INFRA’s mission as I come from a community that has directly benefitted from their work- we have an INFRA member in my hometown!  

I am a certified busy bee, and I love to spend my free time going to local events, making elaborate meals at home, and doing outdoor activities with friends in any way I can.
