Coming up on two years at INFRA, Chris grew up in the natural and organic industry. From working in the Co-Op to working at a brokerage that represented natural and organic brands, Chris knows his stuff and is always happy to share his knowledge. 

Just like the entire Purchasing Department, Chris finds it challenging to select only a few standout brands. However, he highlighted the following brands that will be at our Tabletop show in July: 

  • Graza Olive Oil: Providing home chefs with high quality, single varietal olive oil in easy-to-use squeeze bottles, Graza has already experienced immense growth with INFRA stores. I’m looking forward to connecting members with this brand!

  • Guittard Chocolate Company: A recent reconnection with this well-established brand enlightened me regarding their socially responsible principles. Their baking chocolate is unrivaled, and they have recently started participating in INFRA Deals. 

  • Lovebird Cereal: This organic cassava & coconut cereal boasts clean, simple ingredients with a crunch that doesn't dissipate after adding milk. In addition to being good for your health, Lovebird has also committed to giving 20% of their net profit to nonprofits in support of charitable programming and research in the fight against pediatric cancer. 

  • Peanut Butter & Company: As a kid that grew up on conventional peanut butter brands, PB & Co’s natural peanut butters satisfy without the corn syrup and vegetable oils. They also include fun flavors like white chocolate, cinnamon, maple, and honey-infused peanut butter. 

  • Voyage Foods: Offering a nut-free roasted seed spread for those cannot (or prefer not to) indulge in a classic peanut butter taste. 

These trends highlight a focus on health, sustainability, cultural authenticity, and innovative convenience, aligning with modern consumer values and preferences.
