For the past two and a half years, Kim has been managing the “fun” categories (chocolate, candy, snacks, cookies, crackers, beverages). She is excited about meeting vendors at the INFRA tabletop show in July, especially:
Hoptonic Tea: Craft brewed with whole leaf tea and hop flowers, offering a regenerative, plant-based, gluten-free, and zero-calorie beverage.
iCHOC: Vegan, organic chocolate that’s sustainable and consistently plastic-free.
Vista Hermosa: Authentic and delicious! From their Totopos and Burritos to their Corn and Flour Tortillas, Vista Hermosa has it all. My personal favorite is the flour tortillas—they taste just like the ones my husband and I enjoy in Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
Zach’s Mighty: A hidden gem in the snack aisle! They’ve expanded their line with two delicious new flavors of Tortilla Chips and introduced fun and tasty Rolled Chips in Chile Lime and Fiery Nacho. Be sure to visit their booth at our Tabletop show to sample these tasty treats and snag some great show deals!
Ziba Foods: Discover the rich flavors of heirloom and wild-grown nuts and dried fruits from the mineral-rich valleys of Afghanistan. Ziba Foods offers a unique and delicious selection that showcases the natural bounty and heritage of the region.
Outside her usual categories, Kim is excited about:
Charcutnuvo: Experience gourmet charcuterie with Charcutnuvo, offering a premium selection of sausages and meats crafted with all-natural ingredients. Their products are grass-fed, grass-finished, and come with Regenerative Organic Certification (ROA). They are non-GMO, antibiotic and hormone-free, and support sustainable agriculture. From great breakfast sausages to dinner options like their delicious Jalapeño Cheddar, this company is a favorite of mine!
Little Sesame: Looking for a replacement for Hope Hummus? Little Sesame is the answer! This hummus is smooth, classic, and flavorful. With delectable flavors and a creamy texture, it’s a must-try. My personal favorites are the Herby Jalapeño and Preserved Lemon.
Trends: The items mentioned above share a common theme - sustainability, regenerative practices, and being beneficial for both you and the planet. These attributes, including humane practices for animals, are crucial for me and many others who care deeply about our planet and its inhabitants!
